Question 1

How fast will I hear back?

Accepted Answer

We respond to quote requests within one business day — usually much faster. If you need an answer now, call (505) 333-5653 and you'll talk to a human, not a phone tree.

Question 2

Is the estimate really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We come out, measure, check your slab's condition, and give you a firm written price. No charge, no obligation, no high-pressure sales pitch at your kitchen table.

Question 3

What should I have ready?

Accepted Answer

Just a rough idea of the space size and what you want from the floor. Photos of the current concrete help us spot potential issues early — text them to us or attach them to your request.

Question 4

Do I need to be home for the estimate?

Accepted Answer

For garages and exterior-access spaces, usually not — just make sure we can get to the slab. For interior work, yes, we'll need access.
